Dance Chaperones Wanted
At this time, we are recruiting volunteer chaperones for the dance. You do not need to be a middle school parent to chaperone. Volunteers would arrive by 6:30 p.m. to help set up some tables and chairs. If you have 6th-8th grade students, they are welcome to help with this too. The dance will start at 7:00 p.m. Below are the volunteer jobs we will need help with.

Volunteer Roles:
Check In – collecting payment, permission forms, cell phones and coats
Selling Concessions
Monitoring Exits
Monitoring students on the dance floor and periodically checking bathrooms
Clean up – putting away tables and chairs and sweeping the floors. The dance will end at 9:00 p.m., so expect to stay until about 9:30 p.m. Please do not leave until everything is cleaned up and put away.
