Clay project (100 points)
Project description: Spring inspired coil pot
Objective: Students must use 3 different coil styles to create a coil pot. They must wedge the clay. Roll a slab and cut out a base. Roll out coils and score the clay to attach them. Finally they will add an insect to decorate their pot.
Points breakdown:
30 points - Classwork (Worksheet & Design)
40 points- Coil pot (3 styles & insect)
30 points- Participation (Positive attitude, taking part in classroom discussions, cleaning up)
Total - 100 points
