Presentations!

Greetings 7th and 8th Graders,

Just a reminder that you will be presenting your Curiosity Projects this week (the sooner you present, the sooner you can relax).  I have sign-up sheets in my room so  you can sign up for the day you would like; again, the sooner, the better.  I would Love for everyone to sign up to present earlier in the week (Tuesday or Wednesday).

Per the instructions, I will not accept your papers unless they have a parent signature on them, so a parent/guardian Must look over your paper and put their signature on it, certifying that it has been checked over.  As a reminder, your research papers will count as a grade in both Science and ELA!

Please email me with any questions.  I am also attaching the instructions to the Curiosity Project instructions to this email if you need to take another look.  You’ve got this!

Due:

Curiosity Project Brainstorming

Good Afternoon!,
Your homework tonight is to begin thinking about your topic for the curiosity project.  Your topic Must: a) focus heavily on a science topic (read the instructions carefully), b) not be too broad, and, most importantly, c) INTEREST YOU!  I want you to leave this project with a greater appreciation and understanding of your topic of choice; I want you to be an expert.  Remember that we will have class time to work on this so your work outside of class should be minimal.
The sooner you email me your topic idea, the sooner you can get approved and start researching.
Thank you and email me with any questions!,
