5 W's Homework Assignments

For your ELA notes turn-in this week, please upload a picture of the running assignments we have been working on involving the "5 W's". The paper(s) that you wrote your assignments on should be separate from your spiral notebook. A reminder of the homework assignment from each day:

Monday- Record an actual event that happened to you this day using the 5 W's

Tuesday- Record a new event that happened to you this day adding "drama words" to your 5 W's observation

Thursday- Find a news article or video of interest to you. See if you can identify the 5 W's in the article/video and locate any drama words being used. In no less than 3 sentences, rate how effective the article or video used our journalism strategies; did the drama words help you gain perspective or interest of the story? Were the 5 W's easy to find?
