Greetings from 2nd Grade!

Hello!

I’m Vicki Weatherbie! I am excited to join the St. Brendan community this year! I look forward to providing a challenging, successful, and fun year for your second grader. Here’s some information about me:

I was born in New York and spent the first 15 years of my life living in various places throughout New England. My parents moved the family to Enumclaw, WA. Where I lived until graduating from high school. I earned my B.A. at Pacific Lutheran University. In 2014, I earned my M.A. in Early Childhood Education from Grand Canyon University. I began my teaching career at St. Luke School in Shoreline where I taught 2nd grade. After taking a couple of years off to be with my young sons, I was hired at Immaculate Conception/Our Lady of Perpetual Help School in Everett. I taught first grade at ICOLPH for many years.

My husband Tim and I live in Mukilteo and are the proud parents of three grown sons. We have a miniature labradoodle named Emmie who is a spark of energy in our home. But the stars of the Weatherbie family are the grandkids! We have 1 granddaughter, who is a second grader, and 3 grandsons ages 1, 3, and 5 years old. They are my joy!

I’m a HUGE sports fan! I especially love the Seahawks, the Mariners, and the Washington Huskies! (sorry Coug fans!) A few of my other favorite things in life are anything Disney, the sun and the beach, shopping, and roller coasters!
